Application

For a natural finish, apply Matte Dreamer using a fluffy brush and sweep it across the areas where you have applied liquid makeup such as concealer, foundation or cream contour. Fancy that airbrushed, faux-filter finish. Pat a generous amount of powder onto the skin using a beauty sponge and leave it to "bake" for around 5 minutes.
