BIODERMA ABCDERM Nappy Cream 75g

BIODERMA ABCDERM Nappy Cream is specially formulated according to the ABCDerm dermatological commitment. It has been formulated to soothe diaper rash. In babies and young children, the diaper area is commonly prone to diaper rash, which is characterized by red, irritated skin. This is a very common skin condition. It affects about 60% of babies aged 6 to 12 months.

This type of dermatitis is mainly due to the following factors friction of the diaper on the skin, associated with humidity, which encourages the phenomenon of skin irritation maceration due to stagnation of urine and stools, which increases the pH of the skin and microbial proliferation.

- D-panthenol, with soothing properties, calms feelings of discomfort and strengthens the skin barrier by accelerating the reconstruction of the epidermis;

- Zinc oxide, with purifying properties, protects the epidermis and soothes irritations;

- Its galenic, in the form of a water paste, contains absorbent mineral powders and forms a protective film, which insulates the epidermis while allowing the skin to breathe;

• Glycerin compensates for the drying effect of powders and makes it easier to apply the cream to irritated skin.
