QMS Hydrating Toner is a toner that refreshes and balances the skin!.

QMS Hydrating Toner, this moisturizing formulation was specially designed to clarify and refresh the skin while neutralizing its pH value. The Hydrating Toner boasts witch hazel water to balance sebum levels and calm the skin, while D-Panthenol deeply hydrates and rejuvenates.

With the added benefits of sorbitol and glycerin, this toner locks in moisture for a nourished, clarified complexion. Suitable for all skin types.

Application

Apply QMS Hydrating Toner in the morning and evening after cleansing.

Moisten a cotton pad with the Toner and gently spread over the face, neck, and neckline. Avoid contact with the eyes.
