Application

Use 6 drops (or pumps) per day for your entire body.

Massage legs in an upward direction preferably, from your feet towards your hips. 
Then massage arms in smoothing strokes, from your hands towards your chest.

For the stomach, use circular massaging motions in a clockwise direction (encourages digestion).
